"General data management workflow to process tabular data in automated and high-throughput heterogeneous catalysis research"

We are pleased to present our latest work on open research data (ORD). This work describes a Python library developed at ETHZ SwissCAT+ as part of its data management strategy. Output data from various high-throughput/automated equipment such as Chemspeed, Unchained Labs and Avantium are merged and processed to be further used in AI-driven closed loop optimization workflows using Atinary Technologies's SDLabs platform. The presented Python library enables transparent tracing on how data are processed and normalized to foster effective utilization of open research data.
